We provide accommodation and support for those with mental health disorders, mild, moderate and acute learning disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s syndrome, Bipolar disorder, manic depression, Schizophrenia and challenging behaviour.

Support services can be accessed on a two to one basis, 24 hours a day, or as little as half an hour per week dependent on their needs and wants.

Our support is tailored to people’s individual needs, helping them to build the skills and confidence to take the next step towards independent living.

We work closely with young people to identify a support plan based on talents and abilities, rather than focussing on difficulties and limitations. The individual plan is developed with a person’s support worker, family and friends, with further support from statutory or charitable agencies, including educational and day facilities.

To ensure high standards of quality, the service is designed and delivered according to the National Minimum Standards: Children’s Homes Regulations and The Supporting People Quality Assurance Framework as far as possible. Whilst adherence to these guidelines is not mandatory, the company recognises the importance of working within a quality framework which provides a useful benchmark for self assessment and continuous improvement.
